Revolutionizing Performance

Equipping coaches with a library of exercises that can be tailored to an athlete’s exact needs. Using a combination of progress tracking and real-time feedback that keeps athletes engaged and motivated during training. Incorporating visual training principles, which have been proven to increase sport performance and transferability.

A composite score based on their performance in 4 exercises. A breakdown of left vs right reaction and contact times that are put into our symmetry analysis to highlight deficits. Explosiveness Reaction Time Movement Efficiency Symmetry Proprioception/Accuracy The rating assesses the following characteristics: 1 2 3 The deficit meter further informs these numbers by showing how much the users’ deficits deviate from the norm.

Easy Setup

Requires minimal maintenance due to long battery life and quick charging

Quick Board
  • Closed chain exercises easily highlight and address asymmetry
  • Targets spatial awareness (External Focus)
  • Provides ground contact times
  • Displays in-exercise feedback from touches, errors, & progress vs best result
  • Test vertical jumps and drop jumps
  • Takes athletes through protocols with limited supervision
  • Generates Agility Rating and daily progress reports

Immediately after completing the 4 exercise assessment, every athlete receives an Agility Rating report (Agility Rating Report is attached). The report includes a composite score and a detailed agility analysis. Quick Board’s software also suggests which protocol an athlete should complete to improve their agility. Our software automatically generates a personalized progress report after an athlete completes their Quick Board protocol (Daily Progress Report is attached).
